This is a motion made by the ambassador of France and the defendants Société Commerciale des Potasses d'Alsace, Jean Le Cornec, Pierre Gide, Rene Gide, and Walter B. Howe to set aside the service of process upon the said defendants. They contend that they are not amenable to the service, and that the court is without jurisdiction to proceed against them.
