This is a suit by the General Electric Company, a corporation of the state of New York, against the George J. Hagan Company, a corporation of the state of Pennsylvania. Plaintiff avers that it is the owner of Collins patent, No. 1,310,060, an improvement in electric resistance furnaces; that the defendant has infringed the same and prays for an injunction and an accounting. Defendant denies validity of the patent and infringement thereof....
