This cause was tried to a jury. There was a verdict for the plaintiff, the jury finding that the plaintiff was totally and permanently disabled while his war risk insurance was in force, that is, prior to March 1, 1919. The government concedes that the plaintiff is now totally and permanently disabled, and has been since 1925, and that the present disability is a result of the wounds received during the war.
