This is an appeal from a decree in the Supreme Court of the District, dismissing, after hearing, appellant's bill to enjoin appellees from proceeding with attempted cancellation or revocation of certain alleged rights of way in connection with appellant's irrigation project for the Verde river and other water courses in Arizona, and for other incidental relief.
