Appellants complain of an order of the District Court fixing the compensation to be paid to the receiver of the Kansas City, Mexico & Orient Railway Company and his counsel for their services rendered from April 16, 1917, to January 1, 1927. At the time the matter was being heard below appellants' counsel said to the court the allowance should be "fair and reasonable."
