This is a writ of error from the judgment of the District Court of the United States for the Southern District of West Virginia, at Charleston, sentencing Lee Lyons, plaintiff in error and defendant below, to 12 months' imprisonment in jail and to pay a fine of $1,000 upon the verdict of a jury, finding the said Lyons guilty of violating the National Prohibition Act (27 USCA).
