This is a libel brought by the purchaser of a cargo of stove oil against the tanker Agwimoon, to recover for the loss of 70,205 gallons, due to leakage from the vessel during the course of a voyage from Martinez, Cal., through the Panama Canal, to Baltimore, which respondent claims was the result of the vessel's unseaworthiness.
