In this case the plaintiff was injured while traveling as a passenger over a line of railway operated by the defendant between the city of Minneapolis, in the state of Minnesota, and the village of Wood Lake, in said state. That portion of the line of railway over which plaintiff was transported was wholly within the state of Minnesota.
