This is a writ of error to a judgment of conviction for violations of sections 3258, 3257, 3281, 3282, Revised Statutes (USCA tit. 26, §§ 281, 261, 306, 307 [Comp. St. §§ 5966, 5993, 5994, 6021, 6022]), relating to internal revenue.
