GILBERT, Circuit Judge.

The plaintiffs in error, together with one Noland Nelson, were charged with conspiracy to violate the National Prohibition Act (27 USCA) and certain revenue statutes of the United States. The charge was dismissed as against Nelson; the others were convicted.
