The appellant, as receiver of the First National Bank of Barnsdall, Okl., has appealed from a judgment in an action of the appellees against him, requiring him to certify the allowance of their claim amounting to $4,312.63 and pay the same out of the assets of the bank. The important errors assigned are the striking of appellant's cross-bill and the rendition of the judgment.
