This is a cargo damage suit. All questions of physical damage to/and/or shortage of cargo have been disposed of by agreement between the parties, and claims therefor are withdrawn from the libel, leaving as the issue to be tried the right of the libelant to recover for alleged decline in market value of the shipment, and the amount thereof.
