The question to which we will first address our attention is defendant's contention that Williams was not a seaman within the meaning of the act under which suit was brought. On the date of accident Williams was in the employ of Fix Bros. as a teamster on their farm. He had in prior years had considerable experience as a seaman and at various times had worked as a seaman on excursion steamers and other vessels...
