This is an appeal from an order of the District Court denying the petition of the trustee in bankruptcy for an order requiring the appellee to return certain men's and boys' suits and clothing removed from the bankrupt's store, at Chattanooga, Tenn., shortly before the bankruptcy. The goods were furnished bankrupt by appellee — wholesale clothier at Louisville, Ky. — upon invoices under two separate written contracts, dated, respectively...
