It appears from the bill of complaint that more than 30 years ago the St. Louis-San Francisco Railway Company built and acquired lines of railroad extending from the cities of St. Louis and Kansas City, in the state of Missouri, to Afton, in the state of Oklahoma, at which point said lines of railroad united and extended in a single line in a southwesterly direction into the state of Oklahoma...
