"We, the undersigned, crew of the steamship Thomas Tracy, whereof W. E. Bagley is the present master (or whosoever shall go as master), now bound from the port of coastwise to voyages, and back to a final port of discharge north of Cape Hatteras, and, if so desired by the master, one or more other voyages...
