Plaintiff in error brought this action to recover the purchase price of certain sugar tendered by it and refused by defendant. At the close of the testimony, the court directed a verdict for defendant, and a judgment in its favor followed. Plaintiff then prosecuted this writ, insisting that there was error in the reception and rejection of evidence and in directing a verdict for defendant; also in refusing to direct a verdict in its favor...
