On January 3, 1928, Edward Oscar Meakins filed his voluntary petition in bankruptcy, and on January 4th was duly adjudicated. Later, and on January 12th, the bankrupt filed his schedules, and on January 24th W. R. Watsabaugh was elected trustee.
Among the claims filed was one by T. J. Davis, H. A. W. Koch, and W. B. Andrew, as trustees of the Alburnett Savings Bank. The claim is based upon two promissory notes for $3,500, and $156.06...
