On January 11, 1926, the four appellants, residing and engaged in the restaurant business at Phœnix, Ariz., were individually and as copartners adjudged involuntary bankrupts, upon a petition filed a short time prior thereto. In their schedules, filed 10 days later, each claimed a homestead exemption.
