This is an appeal by complainant from an order quashing the service of subpœna upon two of the defendants. The suit was instituted by complainant Henderson, a resident of West Virginia, to enjoin defendants from infringing a patent owned by him and for an accounting by defendants of the profits realized by them from the infringement of the patent.
