This case arises upon defendants' motion to dismiss complainant's amended bill of complaint. The amended bill charges, in substance, that on February 16, 1912, two of the defendants, G. W. Fyke and L. L. Fyke, were owners of certain lands, definitely described, in Pottawatomie county, Okl.; that on that date, they conveyed 1¼ acres of the land to the trustees of the Union Missionary Baptist Church, the trustees and the church being respondents...
