This is an action on an insurance policy to recover a fire loss. It was brought in the District Court at Ponce, Porto Rico. There was a trial by jury and a verdict for the plaintiff, upon which judgment was entered July 30, 1925. August 25, 1925, an appeal was taken to the Supreme Court of Porto Rico. June 14, 1926, the stenographer's transcript of the evidence was approved and, on June 16, 1926, it was filed in the Ponce District Court. June...
