This case raises the question whether the rights of priority for the registration of foreign patents in this country were extended by the treaty of peace between the United States and Germany, signed at Berlin August 25, 1921 (42 Stat. 1939), whereby it was agreed that certain rights of priority stipulated for the benefit of the United States in the Treaty of Versailles should be enjoyed by us, notwithstanding our failure to ratify that treaty...
