Plaintiff, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of Maine, sues to enjoin the enforcement of the statutes of Washington requiring of corporations the payment of certain amounts of money, called in the acts, the one "a filing fee," and the other an "annual license fee." While plaintiff asks an interlocutory injunction, the matter is before the court upon motion to dismiss for want of equity and a failure of the bill to state facts...
