This is an action at law upon a war risk insurance policy for $10,000, plaintiff claiming to have been permanently and totally disabled while the insurance was in force. The answer denies the disability and pleads the statute of limitations; it admits that on November 17, 1924, the Bureau of War Risk Insurance rejected his claim and that a disagreement thereupon arose.
