Dowling Bros., a corporation organized under the laws of Kentucky, plaintiff, sued Andrews, defendant, to recover the value of whisky alleged to have been lost to plaintiff by the acts of defendant, while he was acting as national prohibition director. A general demurrer to the declaration was sustained, and a similar demurrer to the amended declaration was also sustained. Plaintiff elected to abide by its amended declaration; hence this appeal...
