Defendant in error is the widow of one R. F. Aichner, who was drowned while swimming on August 10, 1924. June 16, 1924, plaintiff in error issued to the deceased the policy of insurance upon which this suit is founded. That policy, on its face, is called "Peerless Special Ten-Dollar Accident and Sickness Policy."
