The United States brought an action of ejectment against Lewis G. Norton, the appellee, to recover possession of a tract of land, described as follows: "Lot seven (7), section 2, township 53 south, range 42 east, Tallahassee meridian, Florida," which contains 41.95 acres, located between the Atlantic Ocean on the east and Biscayne Bay on the west, and about 6 miles from Miami Beach and 6½ miles from Miami Beach post office.
