The plaintiffs in error, hereafter referred to as the defendants, were charged with Illif J. Harris, Henry Rothman, and Steno Lamento, in three counts of the indictment, with violations of the Anti-Narcotic Act (Comp. St. §§ 6287g-6287q). Lamento entered a plea of guilty, and a severance was granted to Rothman.
