This is a suit under section 16 of an Act to Regulate Commerce February 4, 1887, c. 104, 24 Stat. 379, 384, as amended (chapter 1, tit. 49, U. S. Code [49 USCA § 16; Comp. St. 8584]), to recover of the defendants $55,850.15, 6 per cent. interest thereon from December 1, 1920, and an attorney's fee of $7,500.
