This is an appeal from an order of the District Court disallowing the claim of the Morrisville Trust Company as a preference against the insolvent estate of Black, Burris & Fiske, Inc., hereinafter called Black. Black held a valid claim of $1,758.82 against Joseph R. Grant and Joe Jingola, partners trading as Grant & Jingola. Black became insolvent, and on August 8, 1924, 11 days before the bill of complaint herein was filed against it...
