This is the usual patent suit, with the usual defenses of invalidity and noninfringement, and has for its predicate patent No. 1,330,542, issued February 10, 1920, to Harry W. Kulp, who, on July 23, 1926, duly assigned an undivided one-half interest in the same to Martin C. Dellinger, one of the plaintiffs.
