This is an appeal from an order denying a petition for a writ of habeas corpus, filed on June 18, 1926, by appellant, Helene Stoma (also called Helene Stomas), an illiterate alien, and which complained of her detention by the Commissioner of Immigration at the port of New Orleans under orders of the immigration authorities directing her exclusion and deportation. The validity of the exclusion and deportation orders was unsuccessfully challenged...
