This is an appeal from a decree dismissing a bill, filed by the appellant, the W. T. Wagner's Sons Company, an Ohio corporation, which asserted the claim that the appellee's use of the word "snap" in its corporate name, Orange Snap Company, and in the names of nonalcoholic beverages sold by appellee, infringed appellant's trade-mark, consisting of that word.
