This is an appeal from a final decree dismissing a bill of complaint filed by leave of court in a receivership suit. The bill was based on the alleged fraud of Imbrie & Co. in three separate and distinct transactions. Jurisdiction was entertained in a single suit, because the District Court, through its various receivers, including the receivers of Imbrie & Co., was in possession of the subject-matters in controversy.
