The Producers' & Refiners' Corporation has appealed from the decree of the court below, adjudging it an infringer of patent No. 1,223,659, issued April 24, 1917, to William S. Barnickel, now deceased, and also from the judgment on the accounting for profits in the sum of $290,895.24 in favor of the administrators of said deceased.
