This is a suit by defendant in error, widow of a deceased soldier, to recover upon a policy of war risk insurance. Polete Edwards, husband of defendant in error, became a private soldier in the army of the United States on July 17, 1918, and was sent to a training camp at Camp Dodge, Iowa.
