This suit, which is to compel the registration of a trademark, arose under the trade-mark laws of the United States (section 9 of the Act of February 20, 1905 [15 USCA § 89]), and was brought under section 4915 of the Revised Statutes of the United States (35 USCA § 63; Comp.
