On motion of defendant, the District Court for the Eastern District of Kentucky dismissed a bill in equity wherein complainant sought to reform two fire insurance policies to conform, as he alleged, to agreements that he had made with the agent of the defendant company. The policies contained provisions rendering them void if a gasoline engine was used in or within 15 feet of any building described in the policies, "unless the written consent...
