The District Court by its final decree ordered the foreclosure and sale of a 3,000-acre tract of land, used for terminal and industrial purposes, located at Port Wentworth, near Savannah, Ga. This appeal is taken by the Port Wentworth Terminal Corporation, owner of the land, by the Savannah & Atlanta Railway, which owns all the stock of the terminal corporation, and by the Farmers' Loan & Trust Company, which claims a prior mortgage lien...
