This is a suit in which plaintiff seeks a decree for the specific performance of a contract between the parties for the transfer to the plaintiff of all defendant's interest in a certain invention relating to the manufacture of automobile tires, and made by the latter while in the former's employ. By the court below, the bill was dismissed with prejudice.
