In the court below, Albert T. Rosasco, the holder and owner of bills of lading, filed a libel against the schooner Henry W. Cramp to recover damages alleged to have accrued by reason of a breach of a charter party entered into by the schooner with the firm of Rosasco Bros. to carry a cargo of pine timber from Pensacola to Genoa, Italy.
