This suit is for infringement of patent No. 1,373,576, for an electric insulator. The original application was filed May 16, 1913, the application upon which this patent was granted was filed December 17, 1917, and the patent was granted April 5, 1921. The invention relates to insulators for high-tension electric lines, such as power transmission lines, but particularly of the suspension type. There are six claims sued on, claim 1 being typical...
