On June 3, 1924, appellant issued an insurance policy in favor of L. W. Brooks, on a dwelling house in Dade county, Georgia. The policy contained the usual "unconditional or sole ownership clause," and after the house was burned on August 19, 1924, appellees brought this suit to reform the policy in several particulars, all of which were abandoned or denied, except that seeking to have inserted into the policy, as one of the owners of the property...
