Nancy Emi-yah-tubbee, a full-blood Mississippi Choctaw Indian, received as her homestead allotment under the laws of the United States, the east half of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter of section 8, and the west half of the southwest quarter of section 9, township 7 south, range 6 west, Jefferson county, Oklahoma, containing 100 acres, more or less, and patent was duly issued therefor, approved by the Secretary of the Interior...
