Mischel Piastro, native of Russia, born in 1891, makes application to be admitted to citizenship. He is a concert violinist, now occupying the position of concert master and assistant conductor with the San Francisco Symphony Orchestra.

Piastro and his wife arrived in the United States on April 2, 1920, and established a residence in New York City. Thereafter three children were born to the union, two in New York and the last one...
