Appellee, O'Donoghue, filed a bill in equity in the Supreme Court of the District of Columbia to enforce specific performance of a contract for the purchase of certain real estate in this District from the appellant, Mary Jaeger. The case came to this court on appeal from a decree of the court below granting specific performance. Here the decree was reversed. Jaeger v. O'Donoghue, 55 App. D. C. 383, 6 F.2d 686
