The defendant is a Delaware corporation, and receivers were appointed for it by the United States District Court for the District of Delaware; thereafter, on September 5, 1918, ancillary receivers were appointed in the district of Connecticut. It had its plant and nearly all its assets, valued at $1,700,000, within the district of Connecticut.
