This is an appeal from a decree reforming a contract and enforcing the same as reformed. The contract was executed by appellant. By its terms he agreed to indemnify appellee for any loss which it might sustain in consequence of executing as surety a bond or bonds given by a contractor, Tullis, in connection with a building contract which he had with the trustees of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church for the construction of a church building...
