In the court below James H. Stedman, grantee of patent No. 1,482,952, dated February 5, 1924, for reinforced rubber flooring and process of making the same, brought suit against the Puritan Rubber Manufacturing Company for infringement thereof. On final hearing that court, in an opinion reported at 11 F.2d 278, dismissed the bill. Thereupon Stedman appealed to this court.
